This is a desktop computer that I've been using, preparing to use, downloading files and such, and I keep Bluetooth off. I was just sitting over there near this computer, which has an audio cable connected to it, and I heard an audible pop through my speakers. I knew something was happening, and I came over here and Bluetooth was on. I don't know if it had just been switched on, but this is a brand new install. I've not done much with this machine. I've not worked on it directly, and it's just been sitting here downloading files. So someone is accessing this computer, and it is a fresh OS from Apple. Someone has backdoor access to this computer. Still, after reformatting it several times. So this means it's likely to be someone from, I hate to say it, but someone from Apple or a government person who has access through the chip and the processor. They have backdoors into them. Isn't that great? It's the USSR here, I tell you. You know, they make a big deal of... I don't know how bad Russia is in China for citizen surveillance, but we have to put up with this shit as well. This is some bullshit. You people need to get out of my goddamn computers. You didn't pay for them, did you? I paid for this. I paid taxes on it. It's not fair. I'm going to find out who did this. I'm going to find out the names of the individuals who clicked the button tonight and got into my Mac studio. And you're going to be named in the lawsuit. And I'm going to try and take everything from you that I can because you keep harassing me. It makes it impossible for me to find peace when someone is continually turning my fucking Bluetooth on. Against my will and against the fucking law. Get out of my technology. I don't care who you are.

Now, this kind of thing is a real problem for privacy. There is nothing on that computer except for my work and evidence related to my targeting campaign. But clearly someone can get into this computer. And I don't know if they're planting evidence on this computer of a different sort or changing the evidentiary files that I have on my computer. This should be so illegal. And I've gone to the police already and they've done nothing. For someone to be flipping the Bluetooth on means they are attempting to connect that computer to something that's close. I don't know if somebody has walked by outside with their phone. I've checked my phones here. We don't use Bluetooth. I haven't used Bluetooth here in, I don't know, it's been months and months. I've made every effort to keep all of our Bluetooth turned off. This needs to stop. This is a major, major violation of my will and my privacy. And as I mentioned in the previous video, I am going to find out who is doing it on an individual basis. I'm going to find out whose fingers click the button to access my computer this very evening. I guarantee it. And I'm going to have you prosecuted. I don't know how long this will take, but I'm going to find you. Even if you're in a neighborhood. Even if you're in a neighborhood. Even if you're in a neighborhood. Even if you're in a neighborhood. Even if you're in another country, I'm going to find you. You have made an enemy with someone you will, in the end, regret. You will regret this. And I'm not threatening you with any violence, but I am going to get to the bottom of this. And I am going to pull the power of the authoritarian state over your ass. I am going to create a wave of official actions that cascades over your ass. Your life like a storm. Like a storm. Like the storm you've cast over my life. And this face right here is going to haunt you.

Houston Police Department incident card, Incident No. 473245-26, Title 'Harassment', Date 4/13/2026, Officer Daily, Unit 2A21D. The address line is redacted with a black bar (intentionally — for the public version of this post).

Bluetooth I had explicitly disabled is back on against my will, this time on a Mac Studio that's a fresh OS install I've barely used. The pattern itself has been recurring for over a year — these entries are the slice of it on the record because this site exists now to hold the record. The fresh-install detail is what's narrowing: whoever has access is operating below any persistent malware I could have inherited, which limits the plausible mechanisms to a smaller set. Two short videos recorded back-to-back at 1:10 AM, plus the HPD incident card from the harassment report I filed in person in April — never returned a call.

Three weeks after the last logged occurrence, the same pattern again — though the pattern itself isn't new. This has been happening for over a year, and these entries are the slice of it that exists on the record because this site exists now to hold the record. This time it landed on a Mac Studio that's a fresh OS install I've barely used. The two videos below were recorded back-to-back at 1:10 AM, after I heard an audible pop through the audio cable connected to the machine and walked over to find the radio flipped on. The fresh-install detail is the narrowing one — whoever has access is operating below any persistent malware I could have inherited from a prior install. That leaves a smaller set of plausible mechanisms, and that smaller set is the part this entry exists to log.

Also attached at the top of this post: the HPD incident card from the harassment report I filed in person on April 13, with my son, talking through the bulletproof glass at the station. Incident No. 473245-26, Officer Daily, Unit 2A21D. Bluetooth's ~30-foot range was the substance of what I went down there to report — that the population of people who could be flipping the radio on is by physics confined to people inside or right outside the building. Nobody has called me back about it. The card itself is on file and the entry is on file; the institutional response is the absence the record now also documents.
