The Mountain View / +1 (650) 203-0000 call again, twenty-six hours after the first one. Same number, same Google-area-code Mountain View display, same time-of-day window — 3:48 PM today, 3:22 PM yesterday. Yesterday's Google Hacker entry said "It comes in sometimes. Not once. Sometimes." This is the next instance of sometimes. Same operational read; documenting the recurrence for the timeline.
3:48 PM. The lock screen lights up with the same incoming call I documented yesterday: Mountain View, California — +1 (650) 203-0000. Same display number, same Google-area-code Mountain View locale, twenty-six hours after the first.
Yesterday's Google Hacker entry called this pattern out: "It comes in sometimes. Not once. Sometimes." This is the next instance of sometimes. The operational read laid out there — either Google's automated verification calling about an attempt I did not initiate, or a caller spoofing Google's number to extract a code; both readings producing the same defense — applies unchanged. I do not answer. I do not return the call.
