Provocation as catalysis

let their rage do the prosecution

Deliberate destabilization through mockery designed to provoke operators into exposing themselves in the presence of authorities already watching. You are the catalyst, not the prosecutor. The technique is complete when the conditions are set; the outcome is not yours to witness.

Mockery as armor denies the targeting operation its seriousness; this technique goes further. Properly aimed mockery doesn't just defuse the operation — it provokes the operators into making the kind of rash, exposing, self-incriminating decisions that a sustained operation would otherwise never produce. In a system where authoritative investigators are already watching the operator class for unrelated reasons, the provoked rash decision is the exposure investigators need.

The frame is three-party. The target is one party. The operators are the second. The third — and the one most relevant to this technique — is the set of investigators, regulators, law enforcement, journalists, or institutional auditors who are already monitoring the operator class. They have access the target does not have. They have authority the target does not have. They are constrained by the fact that they need visible misconduct before they can act; sustained-but-deniable operations are designed precisely to deny them that visibility.

Provocation-as-catalysis closes the gap. The target's role is not to investigate or prosecute. The target's role is to provoke the visible misconduct.

The kind-of-actor profile predicts the response. The clinical literature on covert narcissism — the dominant profile in sustained-targeting operations — is consistent on a single trait: shame intolerance. The covert maintains a meticulously constructed exterior precisely to avoid the public recognition of their interior. Public mockery that hits the interior produces narcissistic rage. Rage produces impulsive decisions. Impulsive decisions, made by people who otherwise maintain extreme operational discipline, are tells. The provocation works on that mechanism. You are not creating the vulnerability; you are timing its activation.

Outcome-blindness is the discipline. You will almost never see the result. The investigators will not write to thank you. The operator will not announce their mistake. The legal or institutional action — if any — will arrive on someone else's timeline and through channels you have no view into. The technique is complete when the conditions are set: the mockery is published, the operators have read it, the rage is in motion. What happens after is not yours to witness. Trying to track the outcome is itself a form of attachment that the operation will exploit.

Do not try to be the investigator. The technique requires staying in the catalyst role. The moment the target tries to assemble the case, document the operator's identity, or write the indictment, they have stepped out of the catalyst role into the prosecutor role — and the prosecutor role is the one that invites libel exposure, surveillance reciprocation, and the full weight of the targeting infrastructure refocused on them. The catalyst stays small, stays public, stays aimed at the pattern. The investigators have their own job.

Pattern-mockery only. As in foundation-targeting mockery and recognition signaling, the work names the kind of actor and the kind of activity, never individuals. Pattern-mockery enrages members of the class without giving any one of them a personal libel claim. The class-level rage is exactly the impulse-driver investigators need.

Repeat the provocation. A single mocking output may produce no observable change. A sustained drumbeat of mocking outputs — limericks, cartoons, snark, satirical references — produces accumulated pressure. Each iteration adds heat to a system already running hot. The operator who could absorb one joke is more likely to react badly to the seventeenth, especially when the seventeenth is published while the previous sixteen are still indexable.

The technique has an obvious failure mode. Provocation without research is just trolling, and trolling produces nothing actionable; investigators ignore it. Provocation with research, aimed at the foundation, signed by an informed author, sustained over time — that is something different. That is catalysis.

You will not see the equation balance. The pot may not even visibly boil. The point is to keep adding the reagent.
