POA Frauds
A Too Bits voice session on fraudulent power of attorney in targeting situations. Opens on the mechanics — notary as the weakest link, mail fraud as delivery, jurisdictional dispersion as cover — and walks into a transparent hypothetical: person A on a shared mortgage with person B, person B's mother a notary with prior courthouse-clerk employment in the same county, person B's family-court attorney doing 90 to 95 percent probate work for what is nominally a custody case. The cluster of those features is the tell. The session names the mother as the architect, not the daughter, and closes on the narcissistic-parent dynamic that produces this configuration and a haiku of advice for person B: speak before she speaks for you.

Organized Grime
A snarky, late-day Too Bits session that turns the car-window break-in over and over: the four-swings incompetence, the drive-by angle, and who would bother (an impulsive neighbor, hired muscle, a narcissistic ex, someone enraged by a political video), all set against the actual Montrose crime numbers and the one detail, nothing taken, that keeps it from reading as ordinary vandalism. Under the jokes the real frame surfaces: a broken window arriving right as FOIA requests start landing reads less like random crime than like low-level deterrence, and the point of saying it aloud is the alchemy of turning harassment into a record others can use. Closes on the just-broken David Rush story (a CIA officer arrested with a hoard of gold bars) and a round of limericks about the government as organized crime.
-
Informant Networks and the Fusion Center
A long evening session deepening the citizen-informant tactic into its institutional architecture — fusion centers, lateral sharing, the narcissist's gravity toward power-adjacent informant roles, the absence of audit on inbound CI reporting, and the IT-sector overlap where privileged system access compounds the conflict. Closes with a seven-FOIA package addressed to the Texas Fusion Center and HPD's Criminal Intelligence Division plus three snarky Saturday-night limericks from the kdb.

Underhanded Family Outreach
My Facebook account had been disabled for about a month. Logging in this morning to clean up old posts and prepare to start using it again, I noticed that two family members from this account's targeting story had tried to initiate a Messenger video call with me yesterday — after zero direct contact through any channel in 2026, save one physical envelope earlier this year addressed to my son for his birthday (preserved unopened as evidence). Yesterday was the day of the DIA FOIA Reply, the DIA / DMA Crossover session, and the NASA and Such session. The timing is the entire point.

Reflections on Targeteers
A morning pair. The first clip lays out the logical chain — declared lawsuit, public offers to other governments, no engagement from this one — and the only inference that fits the facts as observed. The second turns to the specific actors from the recent porch and Nextdoor incidents, in the same direct register the incidents themselves used.
-
Subject B
A short evening pair. The case subject performs an imagined conversation between the targeters about himself — Subject B — in which they ask how he is doing and he answers, in their voice, that the longer they wait the worse the math gets. Closes with a note about a montage of the times he has asked them to come to him directly.

The Shit Pile
A long evening session on human experimentation — Nazi research programs and their post-war importation under Operation Paperclip, the malignant-narcissist diagnosis as a term coined for Hitler and Stalin, the radioactive-oatmeal trials at Fernald, Tuskegee, the Neubauer Twin Study, and present-day questions about gifted-and-talented pipelines. Includes a personal disclosure — a childhood memory of being shown satellite imagery by uniformed personnel in a school office c.1987, confirmed by my father in 2025 — and a closing on family-law matters, identity fraud, and the squeeze that keeps a target too occupied to address the larger picture.

Neighbors and Narcissism
On shame intolerance, reactive abuse, and what the carefully tied bag on the tree root meant.
-
Neighbor Jokes
An evening session with Too Bits — jokes and limericks made out of the day.
-
Chimes Vandalism
Wind chimes cut from my porch overnight. The flat marks on the cut ends, a replacement order, and a direct word for whoever returns with their scissors.
-
Neighborhood Shitbag
A bag of dog shit left on the tree root by my porch. The figure described, the response considered, the police call planned.

Why Female First
The follow-up to the previous evening's First Female mapping session. With meritocracy ruled out for the sake of investigating an alternate theory, the question is the mechanism — what could coordinate the same phenomenon across politics, intelligence, finance, religion, and academia? The conversation walks the network analysis, then the financial-motivation layer, then a theological synthesis David lays out himself, with explicit caveats that the vast majority of women accepting these positions are not conspirators and that the Love of Mammon at participants' feet is not gendered.
From tactics
-
Circular reporting
A single unverified claim from one source, passed laterally between agencies, databases, or observers, accumulates the appearance of corroboration with each handoff. By the time the claim reaches a decision-maker it looks like four independent confirmations; in reality it is the original single source echoing through the system. The downstream-pipeline companion to citizen-informant deployment — that tactic gets reports into the system; this one makes them look corroborated once they're in.
-
Citizen-informant deployment
Co-opted civilian observers — neighbors, fellow customers, store clerks, security guards — recruited or activated through community-policing channels to monitor, report on, follow, and sometimes harass a target across all the necessary errands a person cannot avoid: grocery, bank, pharmacy, medical, gas station, post office. Every participant has plausible cover as a concerned citizen; the aggregate is a distributed surveillance and pressure layer. No clean counter exists.
-
Family court squeeze play
Using family court process (custody motions, contempt filings, ex parte orders, repeated re-litigation of settled questions) against a target as the actual operation, not because there is a real grievance the court is being asked to resolve. The three outputs it is built for: drain the target's finances, keep them in sustained emotional crisis, and build an on-paper record that can later be characterized as "litigious" or "unstable." The case is the means. The costs the case imposes are the end.
-
Frame job
The deliberate manufacturing of evidence (placed items, fabricated communications, recruited witnesses, staged scenes, manufactured paper trails) designed to be discovered and to look like the target did something the target did not, in order to trigger a specific adverse institutional response: arrest, prosecution, firing, license revocation, custody loss, restraining order, involuntary commitment, social exile. The frame is the procedural cousin of the smear: where the smear aims at degraded standing, the frame aims at a decision a specific institution will make about the target on the basis of the manufactured material.
-
Impersonation
Acting as the target (using the target's identity, name, voice, image, accounts, signature, or documents) to interact with third parties in ways the target did not authorize. The third parties take the actions as the target's; the target finds out later or not at all. Distinct from acting as someone else (a "support agent," a fake institution) against the target — this is the flipped direction: the operator is the target, to outsiders. Modern voice cloning, signature lifting, and account compromise have moved this from rare-and-skilled to routine and cheap.
-
Power of attorney capture
Obtaining a power of attorney over a target by fraud (forgery, undue influence, signature during a moment the target was not in a position to consent meaningfully) or by soft-coercion (talking the target into a "just in case" instrument the target did not actually need) and then using it to act on the target's finances, medical decisions, contracts, property, and correspondence. The acquired instrument does the work that direct compulsion could not. Banks, hospitals, attorneys, and courts generally honor a facially-valid POA on its face, so the burden of un-doing it falls on the target.
-
Reputation smear
The sustained operation of building and circulating a false negative narrative about the target (gossip, posts, anonymous tips to institutions, planted articles, social-media campaigns, calls to employers and family) to degrade the target's standing with the specific people and institutions whose opinion of the target matters. The long-game variant builds a poisoned Googleable footprint so that anyone searching the target's name finds the smear first. The short-game variant routes specific information to specific recipients at the moment a decision is being made.
-
Street theater
Staged public performances near the target — audible statements, visible objects, color cues, "overheard" conversations — designed to plant specific content in the target's mind under the cover of public-space ambient noise. Each individual instance has a perfectly innocent explanation; the aggregate is the message.
-
Vehicle interference
Manipulation of the target's vehicle (direct sabotage, subtle tampering, tracking-device placement, repair-shop interference) and of the target's broader ability to move (rideshare routed past staged sites, transit connections engineered to fail, travel infrastructure flagging the target at gates). The target's own mobility envelope, the part of their life that depends on getting from A to B, becomes the operating surface. Some events are dangerous on their face. Most are deniable, ambiguous, and cumulative: each one absorbable as bad luck, the pattern unmistakable across enough of them.
From techniques
-
Foundation-targeting mockery — mock what they take most seriously
When you mock a group, aim at their foundational beliefs and rituals, not at their tactics. Tactics can change; the sacred core is what binds them. Mocking the core unsettles in a way mocking the tactics cannot.
-
Mockery as armor — making the targeters ridiculous in public
A targeting operation depends on being taken seriously. Public humor — specific, pattern-attacking, and signed — denies it that seriousness and demonstrates the target is not broken.
-
Provocation as catalysis — let their rage do the prosecution
Deliberate destabilization through mockery designed to provoke operators into exposing themselves in the presence of authorities already watching. You are the catalyst, not the prosecutor. The technique is complete when the conditions are set; the outcome is not yours to witness.
